By using the relation between the spectrum of a linear operator and its adjoint operator,we study the resolvent set of the operator corresponding to M/M/1 queueing model with second optional service,and obtain all points on the imaginary axis except for zero belong to the resolvent set of the operator.

We study eigenvalue in the left half complex plane of the operator corresponding to the M/M/1 queueing model with exceptional service time for the first customer in each busy period, and prove that 2(λμ)～(1/2)-λ-μ is an eigenvalue of the operator with geometric multiplicity one.
研究每个忙期中第一个顾客被拒绝服务的M/M/1排队模型主算子在左半复平面中的特征值,证明2(λμ)～(1/2)-λ-μ是该主算子的几何重数为1的特征值。
