“后学历”指评聘专业技术职务后再取得晋升高一级职务任职资格规定学历。在推荐晋升高一级专业技术职务时,其取得学历前后任低一级职务的时间允许相加,但取得学历后的任职时间,对晋升高级职务的,必须满3年以上;晋升中级职务的必须满2年以上。
例如,高级职称的最低学历要求为本科,中级职称的最低学历要求为大专,如果学历为大专者被评聘为中级职称后,再通过获得本科学历,则其参加高级职称评审,必须是获得本科学历满3年以上。
