Based on"Systematic Arrangement Planning for Environmental Sanitation Facilities of Shenzhen City",a series of ways and measures for promoting urban sustainable development was put forward from spatial arrangement and standards of land use for environmental sanitation facilities,constructing industry chain of municipal waste treatment,resource of municipal waste and so on.

In order to study the relationship between energy flow and spatial arrangement for industrial land use,from two aspects: connotative meanings and characteristics of energy flow analysis and study is made.
