乡村集体经济组织农村中实行以家庭联产承包责任制为主的和从事生产、供销、信用、消费活动的各种合作经济组织形式。主要类型有:①乡(村)社区合作社。以公有土地、农业设施和其他公有财产为基础，以村落或居住区为单位，为社员提供生产和生活服务，具有社区性和综合性的经济组织。它是社区集体财产的代表，对内具有经营管理、提供服务、资源开发、资产积累等功能，对外代表社员从事经济活动。②乡(村)集体企业。由乡(村)社区合作社兴办的企业，归该范围社员共同所有。③农民股份合作企业。由三户以上农民按照协议，以资金、实物、技术、劳力等作为股份，自愿组织起来从事生产经营活动，实行民主管理，以按劳分配为主，又有一定比例股份分红，有公共积累，能独立承担民事责任的经济组织。④乡(村)合作基金会。社区合作组织内部对集体资金进行管理和融通的合作服务组织。其特点为:资金的筹集和投放业务范围仅限于本乡(村);主要为农户服务，不以赢利为目的;实行民主管理。
