补充资料：麦立伏参饮
材料：麦冬3钱，茯苓3钱，西洋参1钱。
作法：将麦冬、茯苓、、西洋参用500ml的热水冲泡，杯盖盖焖5分钟即可。
对高血压有平衡作用，可防止血管硬化、心脏病、肌肤老化；具有安定精神及清热的效果；对于胃肠、气管虚弱或慢性鼻子过敏者皆有助益；是糖尿病最好的治疗剂，可以刺激胰岛腺功能，降低血糖，但不要与萝卜、茶叶同食，发烧、急性癌症等暂停服用。
