| 经筋 全身筋肉按十二经脉循行分布而划分的区域。又称十二经筋。为人体经络系统的重要组成部分。 经筋有赖于经络气血的濡养，并受十二经脉的调节。筋，是筋肉的总称，其主要作用是约束骨骼，联接各骨节 ，主持全身运动及保护脏腑 。十二经筋分布的规律是呈向心性的。一般都在浅部，从四肢末端走向头身。多结聚于关节和骨骼附近；有的散布于胸腹、腰背或头面部，但不属脏腑，又无表里对应关系。经筋的分布，与十二经脉在体表的循行部位基本上是一致的，但其循行走向不尽相同。手足三阳的经筋分布于肢体的外侧；手足三阴的经筋分布于肢体的内侧及胸腹侧。经筋为病，多因气血不行所致。其症状或为肌肉拘挛，转筋，或为口眼斜，目不得开等。 |
