The patients in the control group were treated by a western medicine routine therapy while the patients in the treatment group reeieved a therapy of ventilating the lung and blood stasis activating collaterals on.
结论:采用宣肺祛瘀通络的中西医结合方法治疗AECOPD与对照组比较,显效率和总有效率明显优于对照组,肺功能、血气分析有较明显改善,经统计学处理有显著性差异,较单纯西医常规治疗有明显优势,值得临床推广。
