[风险因素1风险因素是指能够引起或增力l风险事件发生的机会或影响损失程度的因素‘它是事故发生的潜在条件,一般又称风险穿件。它主要包括:第一,实质风险因素。即推增加某一标的的风险发生机会或损失程度的嗜接条件,属于有形因素。如环境污染就是影晰人们健康的实质性因素。第二,道德风险区素。即指由于个人不诚实或不良企图,故意伍使风险事件发生或扩大已发生的风险事件的拓失程度的因素。它属于无形因素,一般与人配品德修养有关。如两人联合作案,以其中一六诈死为由向保险公司索取保险赔款。第三,J已理风险因素。即指由于人们主观上的疏忽与刘失,或不够谨慎小心等行为而导致增加风险李件发生的机会或扩大了已发生的风险事件的折失程度的因素。它也属于无形因素。例如,夕}出忘记关掉电炉的开关,以致增加发生火灾配可能。
