加味圣俞汤具有补中益气、补益精血、活血化瘀、清利头目等多种作用,配伍精当,临床应用对椎基底动脉供血不足气血亏虚兼血瘀证者具有良好的作用,本研究主要探讨加味圣俞汤对椎基底动脉供血不足气血亏虚兼血瘀证者的血流速度和全血粘度的影响以及其作用机制。

补充资料:洋葱味噌汤
材料:材料:洋葱半个,鸡腿一只,豆腐泡100克,鲜香菇2朵
做法:1.将洋葱切丝,鸡腿骨去骨切丁。
2.将洋葱丝放入水中煮熟,再放入鸡腿丁,煮熟,接着放入豆腐泡、香菇煮熟后,起锅前放入味噌酱和“亨达仕”干贝素调味,即可。
[小贴士]
味噌要最后放入,不然会产生酸味,影响菜的味道。
