Objective:To get more diagnostic and therapeutic information from the acute cerebral infarct,we used Magnetic resonance imaging,Arteria carotis hypersound,Magneticresonancean giography,Transcranial Dopplerand and Computed Tomography to investigate the changes and relationship of cerebrovascular,cerebral hemodynamics,morphological changes and the clinical neurologic deficit.
目的:综合运用磁共振影像(Magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)、颈动脉CDFI超声、磁共振血管造影(Magnetic resonance angiography,MRA)、经颅多普勒(Transcranial Doppler,TCD)及计算机体层摄影(ComputedTomography,CT)检查技术探讨急性缺血性脑卒中患者脑血管血流动力学、形态学的变化及其临床相互关系,为脑梗死早期诊断和治疗提供更多信息。
