PURPOSE: To study the trend of hemodynamic parameters of the aortic isthmus in growth-restriction fetuses and its clinical value,at the same time to determine the specificity and sencitivity of fetal transverse cerebellar diameter in forecasting fetal growth restriction.
目的探讨胎儿主动脉峡部(aortic isthmus)各血流参数在胎儿生长受限(fetal growth restriction FGR)中的变化趋势及其临床意义;胎儿小脑横径(TCD)对于预测FGR的特异性及敏感性。

WT5HX]Results: With the exception of C7 and L5 of vertebral radius vector,other radius vectors become larger in turn from top to bottom;The transverse diameter is bigger than the radius vector in the same vertebra;Vertebral heights of C3 to C6 gradually become lesser,those of C7 to L5,in turn,get bigger.
结果:椎体矢径除C7和L5外,其他由上而下矢径依次增大;椎体横径大于同一椎体的矢径;椎体高度为C3~C6逐渐减小、C7~L5依次增大。
