以碟形件为研究对象,建立有限元模型,探讨成形过程,结果证明:碟形件的高效旋压成形效果较好,应力分布不均匀,应变呈同心环状分布;随着板材厚度的增加,成形过程中的起皱现象减弱,板材的成形效果越来越好;相同条件时,随着成形旋压圈数的增加,板材成形效果越来越好;在板厚和下压量一定的情况下,08Al板材的成形效果好于2024,压制08Al钢板的作用力较大;随着的压下量的增加,所要成形工件的纵向曲率增大,短辊与板材之间的作用力增大。
