In this study,we investigated changes in the fluorescence parameters of Chaetoceros gracilis,during exposure of the cultures to different heavy metal stresses(Cu2+,Zn2+ and Cd2+) for different times(24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h).
实验结果表明,重金属离子(Cu2+,Zn2+,Cd2+)胁迫下纤细角毛藻的叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,Yield和rETR均明显降低,并且随着重金属离子浓度的增加,胁迫时间的延长,下降幅度逐步增大;重金属胁迫下,细胞密度和叶绿素含量也显著降低。
