通常情况利用铁电体陶瓷的热释电效应,通过测量其加热过程中产生的热释电流,可以较为准确地反映出铁电体陶瓷剩余极化强度Pr随温度的变化。

The results show that the remanent polarization (Pr) is significantly enhanced,the coercive field strength (Ec) is decreased to a certain extent, and the average grain size is decreased to 1~2 μm for BTN ceramics with appropriate amounts of Nb-doping.
