性质:白色结晶。熔点71.8-72.3℃,蒸气压(20℃)为0.29×10-3Pa,相对密度1.21(20/4℃)。在20℃水中溶解度为7.1g/L,苯中为550g/L,二氯甲烷中为750g/L,甲醇中为650g/L,异丙醇中为270g/L。在中性或酸性介质中稳定。

制备方法:在碳酸氢钠存在下,将2,6-二甲基苯胺与2-溴丙酸甲酯反应,制得DL-N-(2,6-二甲基苯基)-α-氨基丙酸甲酯。再用甲氧基乙酰氯进行酰化反应,即得甲霜安。

用途:甲霜安是新型高效内吸性杀菌剂。可内吸进入植物内,水溶性比一般杀菌剂高得多,可以透入新脂性小的卵菌的细胞膜,起杀菌作用。因此,甲霜安对卵菌纲中的霜霉菌和疫霉菌具有选择性特效,例如对马铃薯晚疫病、葡萄霜霉病、啤酒花霜霉病、甜菜疫病、油菜白锈病、烟草黑胫病等都有良好的防治效果。该品用量低,一般为200-300g(有效成分)/hm2。
