This article referred the condition of coal resource in Guizhou province and some problems that Shuicheng Steel Company faced,such as limited coking coal,law lean coal mixture ratio,high coking cost,inferior coke quality and so on.
本文结合贵州省煤炭资源情况,针对水城钢铁集团炼焦煤资源紧张、瘦煤配入量低、炼焦成本高、焦炭质量差的现实情况,对水钢近年使用的10余种炼焦煤的质量、稳定性等特点进行了充分调研,选择其中的五种煤和自购的无烟煤作为实验煤种,以5kg实验焦炉为炼焦手段,通过正交实验,采用无烟煤——型煤炼焦工艺,开展了无烟煤配型煤炼焦的研究工作。
