Therefore, CdTe nuclear radiation detectors have been produced and used in many fields, such as space physics, space craft, astronomy, high-layer atmosphere physics, detection special material in the course of fighting against terrorism and smuggle, production and processing of nuclear material ,nuclear medicine, the supervision and measure of dosage.

Growth of CdSe Single Crystals and Room Temperature Nuclear Radiation Detectors;

Cadmium Selenide (CdSe) single crystal is regarded as one of the most promising materials for room temperature nuclear radiation detectors, but the further studies and application of this nuclear radiation detector are restricted because of the difficulties on producing high quality CdSe single crystals and no suitable technology for processing this devices.

A software is discussed for experiment teaching in this paper to the question that there will be many and complicated data for students to process in nuclear radiation detecting experiments.
