采用免疫荧光试验方法检查尿内有无抗体覆盖细菌,可对感染作出定位的方法。其原理是当细菌进入肾脏后,作为抗原,在肾内产生抗体,覆盖细菌。被覆盖的细菌与荧光抗人类球蛋白结合产生免疫荧光反应,膀胱炎患者则无此细菌产生。由于抗体的产生需要一定时间,故早期患者可出现假阴性。
