Twenty-six patients had had endoprosthetic reconstruction(endoprosthesis reconstruction group),ten patients had had massive bone allograft reconstruction and two patients had had devitalization and replantation after resection of malignant tumor segment surgery(bone reconstruction group).
方法:通过回顾研究中山医院1999至2008年期间收治的膝关节周围恶性肿瘤并行保肢治疗的37例患者,根据其手术方式分为肿瘤膝组和骨重建组,其中25例行肿瘤型膝关节假体置换术归入肿瘤膝组,10例行大块同种异体骨膝关节重建术和2例行瘤段灭活再植归入骨重建组,大部分骨肉瘤患者采用了新辅助化疗。
