位于江苏宿迁市南郊1公里徐淮公路古黄 河堤下，秦时为下相梧桐巷，是西楚霸王项羽的诞生地。先人曾立碑以为纪念。1935年建英风阁和槐安亭。
项王故里占地0.5公顷，四周有400多米的青砖院墙。从南向北，依次为石牌坊、石阙、大门、英风阁、项王故居纪念室、虞姬纪念室。主体建筑英风阁占地268平方米，木构架单檐歇山顶，直棂窗广开5间，前院四周为碑廊，有著名书法家碑文数十幅；正中为大鼎，重达8吨，正厅有项羽塑像，两侧为文物陈列室，室、阁均为青砖青瓦，庄严肃穆。“故居纪念室”为仿汉建筑，占地135平方米，古朴浑穆。室内有虞姬像。院中广植柏、桐、槐，其中一株为项王手植槐，历经沧桑，主干虽已断裂干枯，但新枝仍很繁茂，苍劲挺拔。园中亭内石雕马为项王坐骑乌骓马，亭前石槽为乌骓马槽。
