Ten compounds were isolated from n-butanol extraction by silicagel column chromatography, reversed-phase silica gel and so on, and eleven structures were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectrum as genistein(3),benjaminamide (4),isohemiphloin (5), eriodictyol (6), hesperetin (7), glycyrrhizin (8),daidzein (9) and naringenin (12).
得到的结果和结论如下:(1)乙酸乙酯部位应用硅胶柱色谱及重结晶等方法,分离得到2个黄酮类化合物,其结构经理化和UV、NMR等波谱鉴定,为黄颜木素(1)和木犀草素(2);正丁醇部位通过多次硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶及反相硅胶柱色谱的分离纯化,得到10个化合物,经理化和UV、1HNMR、13C-NMR、MS等波谱鉴定了其中7个化合物的结构,分别为染料木素(3)、异半皮桉苷(5)、北美圣草素(6)、高北美圣草素(7)、甘草素(8)、大豆素(9)、柚皮素(12),其中化合物(1)、(2)、(3)、(5)、(7)和(9)均为首次从该植物中分离得到,另外3个化合物初步鉴定为生物碱、芳香醛类化合物及黄酮鼠李糖苷,结构还在鉴定中。

RESULTS Six compounds were isolated from Duchesnea indica Focke and identified as apigenin-6-C-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),acacetin-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),kaempferol-3O-β-D-galactopyranoside(3),rutin(4),isoquercitrin(5) and hyperin(6).
