hanJ旧wenduchang焊接温度场(field of weld temperature)指金属焊接过程中的某一瞬间,金属怀接接头中各点的温度分布状态。通常用等温线或等温面来表示。所谓等温线或等温面就是把焊件上瞬时温度相同的各点连接在一起成为一条线或一个面。各等温线或面不能彼此相交,而它们彼此之间存在着温度差。热能集中则温度场的范围小。影响温度场的因素很多,其中主要有:(l)热源的性质和焊接规范;(2)被焊金属的热物理性质;(3)焊件的形态;(4)热源的作用时间和移动速度。焊接温度场决定了焊接应力场和应变场,它还与冶金、结晶、相变过程有不可分割的联系,使之成为影响焊接质量和生产率以及金属焊接性的主要因素之 (李维茜)
