研究过程中,介绍了两级传动剖分变径式无级变速器的原理及总体构造方案,对剖分式带轮传动进行运动特性分析;结合两级传动剖分变径式无级变速器结构与设计参数的要求,对CVT的主要工作参数及结构参数进行了分析计算,完成了各个主要零件的结构尺寸设计;运用Pro/E软件,建立了剖分变径式无级变速器各主要零件的三维模型,并从底层逐步向上装配,生成了变速器的三维整体装配图,以检验各零件间的连接和干涉问题;分析了剖分变径式无级变速器的主要动力传递过程,并运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对主要传动零部件进行了结构强度分析。
