Aiming at the opportunism behaviors of tourism alliance,the paper constructs a game model of tourism alliance based on Cournot oligopolistic competition model to analyze the need for tourism alliance to form an official agreement,and makes a discussion about the main contents of alliance agreement,which include the strategic aim and cooperative area of alliance,the input.

The serious problems at present are the lagging behind of the development of space tourist products,the lack of international cooperation in space tourism and the lack of insurance,laws for space tourism.

With the development of tourist trade, there raise more and more disputes on tourist contracts.

It is necessary to prescribe that the mental injury from violating a tourist contract can be compensated.

By analyzing the contract form in contract law,this paper probes into tourist contract forms so as to improve tourist contract and safeguard the legistimate rights and interests of tourists and travel service.
