道德两难法(m。ral dilemma mothod)美国心理学家L.柯尔伯格研究儿童道德判断水平的一种方法。即让儿童在两个困难中作出抉择，并说明抉择的理由，结果一般都是不愉快的。他设计一了一系列道德两难推理故事，最典型的是海因茨偷药的故事。欧洲有个妇女患了癌症，生命垂危，医生认为只有一种药才能救她，就是本城中一位药剂师最新发明的镭。药剂师索价很高，病妇的丈夫海因茨四处向熟人借钱，只借到药费的一半，只好告诉药剂师，他的妻子快要死了，请药剂师减价出售或者允许他赊欠。但药剂师说:“不成!我发明此药就是为了赚钱。”海因茨走投无路竟撬开了商店的门，为妻子偷来了药。讲完故事后，主试就向被试提出问题:这个丈夫应该这样做吗?为什么说应该?为什么说不应该?法官该不该判他的刑?为什么等。柯尔伯格并不关心儿童对问题回答是或否，而是回答中的推理，他由此总结出儿童道德认识的发展阶段理论。 (白学军撰林素德审)
