According to the theoretic significance and the applications of the complexes, this paper mainly concluded the following work:The ligand, 2-carboxybenzaldehyde-2,4-dinitrophen hydrazone, was synthesized by 2-carboxybenzaldehyde and 2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrazine in absolute alcohol.
本文基于芳香腙类化合物的抑菌活性、稀土元素的生物活性以及二者配位后可能的协同效应,主要进行了以下几个方面的工作:在无水乙醇中,利用2-羧基苯甲醛和2,4-二硝基苯肼缩合反应得到了配体2-羧基苯甲醛-2,4-二硝基苯腙(C14H10N4O6)。

[Method] The orange osmanthus skin-traditional Chinese medicine being taken as raw material,the active ingredient-phenol was extracted with the method of steam distillation and then the derivative of paeonol-aminoethanol and 2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrazone was synthesized.
[方法]以丹皮为原料,用水蒸气蒸馏法从中药丹皮中提取活性成分丹皮酚,进而合成丹皮酚缩乙醇胺和2,4-二硝基苯腙衍生物,对衍生物进行了结构表征,并采用琼脂扩散法,对3种革兰氏阴性菌、阳性菌进行了抑菌性试验。
