In this paper,the precision and probability in Hangzhou s 24-hour rainfall forecast are analyzed.
根据这些实际当中存在的问题,考虑降雨预报的水库汛限水位控制理念,采用统计学原理,分析了在距离青山水库最近的杭州未来24 h"无雨"和"小雨"量级的降雨预报精度及概率分布,结合青山水库下游防洪标准,论证了未来24小时短期无雨预报信息应用在青山水库汛限水位动态控制中是可行的,从而增加了入库洪水预报的预见期,为合理调度水库、缓解水库水资源供需矛盾提出了解决问题的一种方法。

This paper discusses the necessity and importance of applying precipitation forecasts to reservoir operation, makes statistical analysis of the rainfall forecasting precision in yes/no and grade and the experiential distribution according to the day-precipitation and the 24h precipitation forecast data of 44 cities reported by Central Meteorological Observatory during 1999～2003.
分析了降雨预报用于水库调度中的必要性和重要性,依据中央气象台1999～2003年全国44个大城市、24小时降雨预报资料及实际日降雨资料进行统计分析,分析有雨、无雨等级预报和各量级降雨预报精度及其经验统计规律,通过适线分析确定分级降雨预报的实际降雨分布规律,以期为各地水库调度提供参考。

Comparing and analyzing next ten days forecasting precipitation and actual precipitation after 17 flood from 2001 to 2007 in Dahuofang watershed,the result shows that GFS rainfall forecast information after heavy rain has high accuracy in Dahuofang reservoir watershed,and it can be used for the actual decision making of inter-basin water transfer project.
结果表明,雨后大伙房水库流域GFS降雨预报信息精度更高,结合短期降雨可用于水库群调度决策。
