On the other hand, constrained by the ground screw-driven equipment and downhole tubular structure, it is very difficult to perform the annulus test on the field in screw pump wells at present time , with the result that 30% in total of fixed-point monitoring wells can not be convered to screw pump production.

This paper expounds the survey principle of the interwell monitoring technology with Isotope tracer,establishes physical and mathematical models,analyzes the application examples synthetically,and provides credible evidences for the constituting and implementing of the oil field extraction and following exploitation plans.
