The dynamic of nutrition (soluble sugar, starch, amnio acid, protein) and mineral element (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sulfur, iron, manganese, copper, zinc) in the different position (top, middle and base) of silk and cob was studied during the growth, development and senescence of silk.
本文以掖单12(穗型短粗)和掖单19(穗型细长)为材料，在花丝生长发育期间对果穗穗轴的上部、中部和下部及对应部位花丝中的有机营养(可溶性糖、淀粉、氨基酸和蛋白质)以及矿质养分(氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、硫、铁、锰、铜、锌元素)进行了测定。
