750克) 黄豆芽100克 葱150克 姜150克 五香粉少许
制作方法 1.先将大米、黄豆混合磨成浆,加入红白萝卜丝、黄豆芽、葱、姜、五香粉
调成稠面糊,再把糊舀倒到铁制的凹底勺子里,在勺子中间扒开小洞。
2.将锅放火上,倒入植物油烧到七成热,将勺子连同面糊放入,炸到面糊与勺子自动分
离,并飘浮在油面上时即成。
产品特点 柿黄色,外焦里软,咸香适口,宜作早点和夜宵。
