170 blood samples(Gansu red deer,Qinghai red deer,TianQing F1 red deer, TianQing F2 red deer and TarimGan F1 red deer) were amplified and detected,using microsatellite DNA markers.
本研究应用微卫星DNA遗传标记技术,对5个马鹿群体(甘肃马鹿群体、青海马鹿群体、天青F1马鹿群体、天青F2马鹿群体和塔甘F1马鹿群体)170个个体的基因组DNA进行扩增、检测;分析了各基因位点等位基因大小及频率,计算了杂合度(He)、多态信息含量(PIC)、Nei氏遗传距离(D_A)和Nei氏标准遗传距离(D_S),采用非加权组对算术平均法(UPGMA)和邻近结合法(NJ)构建了系统发育树,并对5个马鹿群体的8个微卫星座位的基因频率主成分进行了分析;对甘肃马鹿的遗传多样性以及与青海马鹿间的亲缘关系进行了研究,结果表明:10对微卫星引物在5个马鹿群体170个个体的基因组DNA中共有8个微卫星座位扩增出特异性条带,分别是BM203、BM888、BMS1248、TGLA226、BM1818、BM3628、BMC1009和BM1225;BM2320和MAF70没有扩增出目的片段。

We selected 8 adult sika deer and 6 adult Chinese wapiti fed different level nutrients in different physiological periods based on production requirements,and mensurated the serum concentrations of IGF-1 and GH,and analysed the relationships of the serum levels of IGF-1 and the metabolizable energy (ME) and digestible crude protein(DCP) fed by the sika deer and Chinese wapiti.
选用8只成年雄性梅花鹿,6只成年雄性东北马鹿,在不同生理时期供给不同营养水平的日粮,测定鹿血清IGF-1及GH浓度,并分析梅花鹿及马鹿采食的能量及可消化蛋白和血清IGF-1及GH浓度的关系。

选用8只雄性成年梅花鹿,6只雄性成年东北马鹿,在我国传统饲养模式下,每月采集鹿血液样品,进行鹿血清胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)及生长激素(GH)浓度年周期变化规律研究。

选用8只成年雄性梅花鹿、6只成年雄性东北马鹿,在我国传统饲养模式下,分别在鹿的生茸前期、生茸期、生茸后期、发情期及越冬期采集鹿血清样品,测定分析梅花鹿及马鹿不同生理时期血清IGF-1及GH浓度。
