Objective:To investigate volatile oils from Amomum Villosum (VOA)\'s effects on peptic ulcer recurrence through animal experiment,meanwhile the Gastric Mucosal Surface Hydrophobicity and the expression of PS2 and PAF in gastric mucosa were determined to reveal the mechanismsof VOA\'s effects on ulcer recurrence from the view point of the Gastric Mucosal Surface Hydrophobicity.
目的通过动物实验观察砂仁挥发油抗消化性溃疡(Peptic Ulcer, PU)及其复发的作用,并观察其对PU愈合和复发过程中胃黏膜疏水性及PS2、PAF表达的影响,以期从胃黏膜疏水性角度揭示砂仁挥发油抗PU复发作用的机制。

CONCLUSION: Jianwei Yuyang Pills can prevent the occurrence and relapse of ulcer and affect the hydrophobicity of gastic mucosa and strengthen the stability of myxogellayer byelevating the express of IL-1 and effecting the contents of phosphatide and aninohexose,this is maybe one of the mechanisms of Jianwei Yuyang Pills to heal ulcer quickly.
结论:健胃愈疡片通过下调IL-1的表达,影响胃黏膜氨基己糖及磷脂含量,进而影响胃黏膜疏水性,加强黏液凝胶层稳定性,从而防止溃疡的产生和复发,这可能是其促进溃疡愈合的主要作用机制之一。

gastric mucosa
衬覆在胃腔面的一层组织,是胃壁的最内层。在活体呈微红色,胃空虚时形成若干皱襞,充盈时则皱襞展平。黏膜表面有许多胃小凹,由上皮深陷而成,小凹的底部有3~5个胃腺开口。黏膜上皮与胃小凹及胃腺的上皮相连续。胃黏膜具有防止H+迅速由胃腔侵入黏膜本身,以及防止Na+从黏膜内迅速向胃腔弥散的特性,这种特性称为胃黏膜屏障。它是由胃上皮细胞顶部的细胞壁和连接邻近细胞的紧密连接构成的一个脂蛋白层,离子物质不能透过,当某些因素(如药物)以适当的浓度和时间与胃黏膜接触后,可破坏黏膜屏障,造成胃黏膜肿胀、出血等后果。
