路线一:以L-蛋氨酸为原料,进行羧基、氨基的保护得(S)-2-邻苯二甲酰亚胺基-4-甲硫基-丁酸甲酯;对γ位进行选择性氯化和williamson醚化,得γ-位甲氧基取代物;对硫醚进行氧化,得到相应的亚砜;热消除甲基亚砜,得甲维激素(MVG)前体;最后,MVG前体在钯催化下,与2-邻苯二甲酰亚胺乙醇进行醇交换,得到基团保护AVG的产率约为1%。
