In this study, we cloned a noble trehalose synthase gene from Arthrobacter aurescens ATCC 13344, identified its biochemical function, and also characterized its main enzyme features.
目前海藻糖合酶的研究工作还处于起步阶段,国内外关于这方面的文献报道很少,本研究意在克隆金黄节杆菌ATCC 13344的海藻糖合酶基因,分析它的生物学功能和酶学性质,为海藻糖合酶的工业化生产提供基础数据,这是来自节杆菌属的第一例海藻糖合酶的报道,主要研究工作包括以下内容:1。

(2) According to the morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence,the strain was identified as Arthrobacter aurescens SK8.
