First of all,anionic WPU emulsions were synthesized from raw materials which are polypropylene glycol(PPG),toluene diisocynate(TDI),dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA),1,4-putylene glycol(BDO) and so on,adopted an self-emulsification and (four levels of five factors) orthogonal experimental design,controlling of different R value(-NCO and-OH molar ratio) and adding the different amount of DMPA.
首先采用自乳化法和(五因素四水平)正交试验设计方案,以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚丙二醇(PPG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)等为原料,控制不同的R值(-NCO:-OH)和DMPA添加量,合成了阴离子型WPU乳液。

A series of sulfonic acid type hydroxyl-terminated organo-silicone/polyurethane micro-emulsions modified by N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropyl trimethyldimethoxysilane(APAETMS)as capping agent were prepared by self-emulsification in water medium.
以N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(APAETMS)为封端剂,对自乳化法合成的新型磺酸型表面活性单体制备的磺酸型水性聚氨酯(简称WPU)微乳液进行改性,得到端羟基有机硅/聚氨酯微乳液;考察了单体1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠(DHPA)和APAETMS的含量对磺酸型WPU微乳液性能的影响。

A series of novel stable sulfonic acid type water polyurethane(WPU) micro-emulsions with sulfonate groups(abbreviated as "sulfonic acid type WPU micro-emulsions") were prepared by self-emulsification.
以聚(四氢呋喃-co-氧化丙烯)二醇为软段、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为硬段、1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠为亲水扩链剂,采用自乳化法合成了一系列新型磺酸型表面活性单体制备的水性聚氨酯(简称磺酸型WPU)微乳液;与羧酸型WPU微乳液进行了对比实验,对微乳液的粒子形态、粒径分布及微乳液的其他性能进行了研究。
