脾虚浮肿
spleen-asthenic dropsy
脾虚浮肿(spleen一asthenie droPsy)脾阳亏虚，使水湿难以运化，沁渗于腹下、四肢而成浮肿的病证。常见于瘦弱老牛。多因脾胃素虚，久卧湿地或浸泡水中，缺乏运动;或劳役过重，役作时间过长，劳倦伤脾;或内伤阴冷，寒湿内侵而脾阳亏耗;或饲养失调，饲料单一，营养不足而饥伤元气;或采食祥败草料，损失脾胃阳气，脾失运，水湿停聚而发。证见四肢或腹下、会阴部浮肿，触摸寒冷，按压有陷，甚至眼泡虚浮.唇肿或耳腮俱浮，头顶俱肿，四肢僵硬，拘行束步，起卧缓慢，甚或颐硬难抬，起卧困难;采食缓慢，食欲不振。或见反当缓慢，粪渣粗大，或有泄泻;体瘦形旅。精神倦怠，喜卧徽动，役作时乏力。口色淡白挟黄，舌体如绵，舌苔白腻，重者口色青黄;脉象沉细而迟。属脾阳虚证(见脾与，病拼证)。治宜补脾益气，壮阳消肿。方用益气黄蔑散、，等白术傲、补中益气汤等加壮阳补火药肉桂、附片、补骨脂之类，以及利水消肿药猪等、获等、泽泻、车前子之类。筋软乏力者，加木瓜、续断。针脾俞、百会、肾俞等穴，或穴位注射维生素Bl。结合强心输液，则效更佳。病畜应停止使役，加喂精料及青饲料，尤其应注意补充蛋白质饲料。畜舍应干燥清洁，饮以温水，注意畜舍保暖和防止贼风侵袭。(郑动才)
