结核菌素
结核杆菌培养液的提取物。其中主要含结核杆菌的生长产物，但也有该菌的特异性物质。制剂有两种，即旧结核菌素(简称旧结核菌素；O.T）和纯蛋白衍生物(PPD）。前者将结核杆菌培养在甘油汤中，4～8周后加热杀菌，过滤浓缩后即成旧结核菌素。后者培养结核杆菌于含甘油、天门冬素、枸橼酸盐等人工综合培养基内，6～8周后加热灭菌，用三氯醋酸沉淀，析出纯结核蛋白质。两者均为结核菌素试验的试剂，用于测定机体是否受结核杆菌致敏或受其感染。
