By experimental method, the paper compares and contrasts two group of subjects, the result of which indicates that in teaching of basketball shooting skills in colleges and universities, the application of hand perception training aroused the students enthusiasm for study and subjective motility, accelerated formation of technical action and further increased shot rate.
