Based on sufficient analyzing the existed three dimensional simulation theories and methods of domestics and abroad, the dispersion modeling technology is introduced into NC milling simulation modeling in this dissertation.
本文在充分分析国内外现有三维仿真建模理论与方法的基础上,将离散建模技术引入到数控铣削加工仿真建模中,并提出了包括基于三角面片的离散建模方法进行加工环境形体构建的几何建模方法、基于刀具轨迹包围盒的刀具与毛坯求交算法和基于显示列表和顶点搜索算法的仿真优化算法在内的数控铣削加工仿真思路,并对其中涉及的各项关键技术进行了深入研究。
