分子式C10H10N4O2S,分子量250.28。俗称SD。又称对氨基-N-2-嘧啶基苯磺酸胺。白色或微黄色结晶粉末。无臭。熔点252~256℃。在空气中稳定,光照时易变成深色,难溶于水,微溶于乙醇、丙酮和乙醚。易溶于稀无机酸和苛性碱溶液。能治疗肺炎球菌、溶血性链球菌、脑膜炎球菌等的感染。适宜于小儿用药。也常制成水溶性的钠盐,用作注射针剂。可由对乙酰氨基苯磺酰氯与2-氨基嘧啶反应,然后再经水解制得。
