The main studies to solve such problems are as follows:The mechanical models of the dynamic tong force are built, in which the effects of the friction moment, the inertia force and the angular displacement are considered based on the push bar, long lever and short lever grippers and analyses the transfer of dynamic force in the grippers is analyzed.
本文针对上述问题开展研究,主要研究内容如下:通过对锻造操作机压杆式夹持机构、长杠杆式夹持机构和短杠杆夹持机构分别进行动力学建模,考虑夹持机构角位移、角速度、销轴摩擦系数和锻件半径对其的影响,分析动态力传递规律,建立夹持机构提供的动态夹持力模型,并分析在变工况的情况下,钳口夹紧锻件所需的动态夹持力,对夹持机构的承载能力进行量化分析。
