贸易壁垒，或贸易障碍是一些国家阻止国际贸易的政府政策或规则，可以各种不同形式出现。
贸易壁垒包括：
- 入口税 关税 贸易配额 贸易补贴 入口牌照 出口牌照 其他非关税的贸易壁垒
大部份贸易壁垒皆有相同原理，就是为贸易加入某种成本，令货品的价格上升。两国或多个国家之间重复地施行贸易壁垒对付其他国家，做成的纷争被称为贸易战。
经济学家认为贸易壁垒会减低经济的效率，此观点可由比较优势理论(Theory of comparative advantage)解释。理论上，自由贸易代表清除所有贸易壁垒，除了与健康或国家安全有关的产品外。实际上，即使是鼓励自由贸易的国家，本身亦会大量补贴部份工业或农业，例如钢铁、稻米等。已发展国家对出口产品的补贴常被发展中国家指为以本伤人及危害发展中国家相同行业的生存。
