Karstification had the important impact on The Ma5_4~1member,due to the denudation the northwestern lost strata of Shan231 block made it unconformable to the Neopaleozoic Carboniferous System,not having been eroden by the paleogutter to the Ma5_4~1 member,the northwestern zone is the key factor of dominating the karstification of Shan231 Block.
陕231井区位于靖边古潜台西北边部,北东高,南西低,马五_4~1地层受岩溶影响强,由于剥蚀作用造成陕231井区西北部马五_4~1地层缺失,使其下覆地层与上古生界石碳系地层呈不整合接触,同时由于古沟槽均未切割至马五_4~1地层,所以西北部地层缺失区是控制陕231井区岩溶作用的主要因素。
