三岔堡 在山西省五寨县北六十里，明嘉靖十八年筑，以东达神池，西通岢岚，北向偏关，当三路之冲，故名。抗日战争时期，日寇盘踞这里六年之久，是日寇突入我二分区腹地的重要据点，1945年4月12日解放。
