Objective: To investigate the relationship between the level of Foxp3 mRNA in the peripheral blood monocytes with acute rejection or chronic allograft nephropathy after kidney allotransplantation, through which to look after a noninvasive biomarker of diagnosing acute rejection and chronic allograft nephropathy.
目的:研究外周血单个核细胞中FOXP3mRNA表达水平与同种异体肾移植术后急性排斥反应及慢性移植肾肾病发生的关系,寻找一个诊断肾移植后急性排斥反应及慢性移植肾肾病的无创指标,同时为寻找免疫诱导和维持移植后免疫耐受的新方法提供理论依据。
