METHODS:A total of 12 cases with chronic dacryocys-titis and nasal diseases,such as hypertrophic rhinitis,nasal polyps,nasal septum deviation,the middle turbinate and uncinate process diseases,were treated with nasal surgery and dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscope in the same period.

Nasal endoscope is not only used in diagnosing and treating diseases like sinsitis,but practically in such operations as on nasal chamber,nose,the lower skull,and some concerned with nostril and eyes.
