At the same time, there are still too many navigation facilities, frequency profligacy, and poor adaptability of flight procedures, therefore, a safe, economical, and simple visual flight procedures, which is able to effectively deal with special circumstances, is much necessary.

Based on flight characteristics of a two-stage missile whose first propulsion was solid rocked motor and second propulsion was double pulse solid rocket motor,design method of a kind of flight program angle was put forward,and its exprssion was presented,then optimization model of skip ballistic missile was derived.

This paper simulates these errors with Monte Carlo method and finds out a minimum dispersion flight program on the basis of genetic algorithm.

Simulation result indicates that the proposed flight program is easy to be realized,and skip trajectory of air-launched hypersonic missile can be realized if key parameters remain in reasonable range.
