This paper introduced the meaning of water balance, the various assessing indexes in industrial supplying water as well as the calculating methods of these indexes, and analyzed with examples the function of water balance in environment effect assessment of construction projects.

In illusion to different level examination targets in mining safety management scientific fuzzy assessment model is put forward and its principle is also explained with the examples.

Combined with problems encountered in practice,the paper discussed the calculation method of MTBF,one of the reliability assessment indexes of automatic monitoring system,and further more advanced the suggestion that the MTTR and assessment units weight should be added into the reliability assessment of automatic monitoring system.
