Considering this aspects,the present work aims to use rotating liquid film reactor(RLFR) to prepare nano-sized BaSO_4 and MgAl-CO_3-LDHs precipitates in a controllable manner,investigate its effects and mechanism on precipitation and explain the flow field of RLFR,mass fraction of species as well as crystal size and crystal size distribution(CSD) of precipitates by simulation.
鉴于目前的情况,本文采用旋转液膜反应器对BaSO_4和MgAl-CO_3-LDHs的可控制备开展研究,分析其对沉淀反应的影响机理,并通过数学模拟手段对沉淀反应体系的流场、组分浓度、产物粒径和粒径分布进行解释。
