ObjectiveTo investigate the radiological change and the distribution of plantar pressure after distal osteotomy of the first metatarsal via mini-incision, and to analyse the pre- and postoperaTive biomechanics of the feet by means of three-dimensional finite element.
临床中随机选取拇外翻患者17人共34足作为实验组,行小切口第一跖骨远端截骨术,术前及术后3个月各设为一组;选取健康成人17人34足作为对照组。

1914年Freiberg首先描述此病。系慢性创伤继发第二跖骨头骨骺缺血坏死。好发于10～18岁，成年后才出现症状。女多于男。芭蕾舞演员、护士、纺织工人和服务员易患此病。第二跖趾关节处肿瘤、压痛、活动受限。X线摄片可见第二跖骨头变宽、变短，关节面不整齐。患者应减少负重，石膏固定3周后穿戴有前足弓垫的鞋子，症状不能缓解者可行第二跖骨头切除术。
